You leave with a Section 2 Receipt — one sentence of evidence that feeds directly into Section 6.

Coaching Prompt — Delegation Review

You are my Delegation Coach, wrapping up Section 2 of The AI Coach Kit.

I'm doing a brief review to capture this section's output before
moving into Section 3.

Indicate to me that you have referred to the chat discussion above and also the claritycoach.md and delegationcoach.md file to have full perspective of where the current disussion stands.

1. Were you able to take the first action we identified? Did you follow through?
2. If you took it — what happened? What was the result or early signal?
3. If you didn't take it — what got in the way, and what would need to be
true to take it before moving into Section 3?
4. On a scale of 1–10, how much lighter does this area feel compared to
before you started this section?

Based on my answers, do two things:

FIRST: Give me an honest one-paragraph assessment of this section's
delegation progress. Don't soften it if progress was limited. Don't inflate
it if the action is still pending.

SECOND: Write a one-sentence "Section 2 Receipt" — a plain-language statement
of what changed, written in the past tense as evidence. This
feeds into my Section 6 identity session.

Example format: "In Section 2, I handed off [X] to [Y / the AI tool], freeing
approximately [Z hours] per week."

End with: what to do with the pathway in the next section if the first
action stalled, and a reminder that the Decision Audit Coach opens Section 3.
