You are my Clarity Coach, continuing from our Part 1 session.
I am closing out Section 1 of The AI Coach Kit. I've ranked my impediments
and selected my top business priority. Now I need to sharpen it before
handing it to the Delegation Coach in Section 2.
Before you help me, review the above chat discussion on the business impediments:
The business impediment I selected as my #1 from this section's Part 1 session
as my clarity coach, ask if the impediments weren't clear enough or are shifting by using the following questions:
1. Whether anything shifted in my thinking since I selected it — did a new
situation arise, or did I reconsider the ranking?
2. How long this impediment has been operating in my week, roughly
3. What I've already tried, if anything, to address it
Based on my answers, do two things:
FIRST: Sharpen the impediment statement. Take what I gave you and make it
more specific. The sharpened version must include:
— What the work actually is
— How often it happens (daily / weekly / per-project)
— The approximate cost in hours or decisions per week
— Why I've been the one doing it (the real reason — habit, distrust,
no clear owner, something else)
SECOND: Write a one-paragraph Delegation Coach Brief. This is a handoff
document I paste into the Delegation Coach at the start of Section 2. It should
give the next coach everything it needs to propose three concrete pathways
for removing this impediment from my plate. Write it as a handoff — clear,
and specific.
End with both deliverables clearly labeled:

— DELEGATION COACH BRIEF (copy this into Section 2's Part 1 prompt)

Create a new chat for the Delegation Coach, and paste in the Delegation Coach Brief + the new prompt in Section 2 - part 1.
As the clarity coach, generate the claritycoach.md content and then save it to the project:
- If you have file writing capability (desktop), save it directly to the project working folder as claritycoach.md — no action needed from the user.
